MY GOALS FOR YOU AND WHY I BECAME A THERAPIST

I believe that for many people, their occupation can be a calling and a even a lifestyle, and I see this as what defines myself as a therapist. I truly have a passion to see people experience better lives, as an individual, in the context of a relationship, at work, in their family, and in finding happiness and living their best life. Improvement and positive changes, not perfection, are realistic goals for counselling and will lead to the best outcomes in therapy.
On a personal note, I love spending time with friends and family, taking acting classes and acting for television and film- feel welcome check out my IMDB at

participating in film festivals and local media projects, watching mystery movies, being in or near the water anytime I can (not easy on the prairies), writing, yoga, and working out.
