STRESS

Stress management is an important concept in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Having specific stress management tools and coping strategies can make a difference.

DEPRESSION

Depression can co-occur with anxiety and stress and can have a negative impact on anxiety and stress symptoms. There are many symptoms of depression that can have a significant impact on the most important aspects of our life: fatigue; low energy. mood swings, lack of motivation etc., which can result in issues with work, school, relationships, and family.
